Thin Film Coatings

Lorad supplies high purity source materials for evaporation, sputtering, and other thin film deposition processes. The coating portfolio spans fluorides, oxides, sulfides, selenides, tellurides, nitrides, phosphides, metals, and metal organic precursors, including aluminum fluoride, calcium fluoride, yttrium fluoride, indium tin oxide, gallium phosphide, antimony selenide, antimony telluride, and CIGS related materials. Lorad can provide powders and other application appropriate physical forms, with certain materials available as tablets or densified compositions. For thin film applications, source purity, composition, physical form, and batch consistency can all influence deposition behavior and the reproducibility of the resulting coating.
