Selenides
Lorad supplies high purity metal selenides and multicomponent selenium materials for electronic, optical, photovoltaic, semiconductor, thermoelectric, thin film, and advanced research applications. The portfolio includes aluminum selenide, antimony selenide, bismuth selenide, copper selenide, indium selenide, iron selenide, and copper indium gallium selenide, CIGS. Bismuth selenide is offered for thermoelectric applications, while antimony selenide and CIGS are included among Lorad's thin film coating materials. Lorad also supplies and develops specialty selenide compositions where controlled stoichiometry, purity, phase, and powder characteristics are important.
