Lorad supplies high purity starting materials for the growth of optical, electronic, and functional single crystals. The crystal growth portfolio includes fluorides, oxides, phosphates, borates, and other specialty inorganic compounds used as charge materials or precursors in crystal growth processes. Materials such as calcium fluoride, barium fluoride, potassium titanyl phosphate, and lithium borate are representative of the high purity compositions Lorad can provide for these applications.
