Lorad manufactures complex oxide powders for dielectric, resistive, conductive, magnetic, and other electroceramic applications. The portfolio includes compositions such as calcium copper titanium oxide, CCTO, along with titanates, ferrites, zirconates, manganites, and other mixed metal oxides used in electronic ceramic systems. These materials frequently require substantially more control than a simple metals basis purity specification, since phase formation, cation ratio, particle size, and powder homogeneity can determine the behavior of the fired ceramic. Lorad can manufacture established electroceramic compositions and develop custom stoichiometries for research, qualification, and production programs.
